What is a Personal Care Home?
Personal Care Homes (PCH) are for people needing assistance
with activities of daily living (ADLs) but wish to live as
independently as long as possible. PCH provides a bridge between
independent living and a nursing home. Assisted living offers
help with ADLs such as eating, bathing, dressing, laundry,
housekeeping, and assistance with medication management.
Assistance living homes are inspected and licensed by the
office of regulatory services/department of human resources.
Choosing the right Personal Care Home...
Choosing a PCH for yourself or a loved one is an important
task. That's why
House of Trinity Personal Care Home's Mission is to strive
for excellence, provide the highest quality care for each
resident, show kindness and respect in a nurturing and loving
environment.
